Paleo Around the Web

AlohaThe threat of two hurricanes and one earthquake couldn’t keep me away. After nearly 15 hours of travel time on two hours of sleep, I made it to paradise! Unfortunately, I discovered staying paleo while traveling is rather difficult without proper planning. I was able to scrounge up some Larabars (although paleo, they are rather high in sugar) and some roasted nuts, but the majority of my options were not too promising.

Red Dress Run was this weekend in New Orleans, and I am sad to say I missed the fun. I had several friends facing the inner battle to stay strict paleo or to enjoy the debaucherous activities of the day. I try to stay paleo around 80-90% of the time so as to allow for fun events like Red Dress. Have any of you tried to stay paleo through an event like Red Dress or Mardi Gras and succeeded?

Anywho, since I am still settling in over here and have not been able to cook, I would like to share some of my favorite paleo recipes from other bloggers:
